Quality Care has been providing care services in the Hunter Valley area for over 20 years. In the early years, Quality Care was primarily utilised by older Australians and their families requiring respite care. However, as time has passed, our client base has grown, along with the diversity of services offered.

The team are committed to ensuring that our reputation for providing reliable services at a very high standard continues, as we grow. The team at Quality Care are justifiably proud of their reputation as a service provider that can be counted on, ensuring that we are there when we say we will be.

In line with our motto of meeting the needs of individuals, Quality Care is committed to making changes as required. This is best demonstrated by a greater focus on disability services. Quality Care is a registered and accredited National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider and can assist with a broad range of NDIS services. Allcroft House

Allcroft House offers an alternate accommodation arrangement for those seeking the security of 24hr staff and some assistance with daily living.

24 Hour Care

The decision to stay within your own home and have a carer come to you is becoming a popular choice for many.

In-Home Respite

Quality Care is able to provide an experienced carer for the time that is required, enabling you the primary carer to take a break.

Children’s Services

Child care can be provided in home or with a host family by an experienced carer, for a few hours or a weekend.

NDIS

Quality Care is a registered NDIS service provider, approved to provide NDIS services to a number of registration groups.

Supervised Access

Quality Care is able to provide experienced supervised access workers who will supervise visits between children and the nominated person at an agreed location.
