Allcroft House offers an alternate accommodation arrangement for those clients who are seeking the security of 24hr staff and some assistance with a range of personal care and other tasks of daily living; but are not yet ready to go into residential aged care accommodation.
Residents of Allcroft House will enjoy the privacy of their own motel style unit, which is attached to a well appointed home, enabling them to enjoy the communal dining, lounge and library areas. Allcroft House also offers extensive outdoor areas and an expansive garden, with established trees and private sitting areas for entertaining or enjoying some time outdoors.
All units come fully furnished with your choice of a king single of queen bed; television; fridge; microwave; tea & coffee making facilities; table & chairs and private outdoor setting. Alternatively, you may wish to furnish your unit with your own furniture. The choice is yours!

Dining may be enjoyed in the more formal dining room or informally within the kitchen/family room area. Alternately, the outdoor and bar-b-que areas allow for an Alfresco dining experience when weather permits

Allcroft House is located at the southern end of Main Street, Scone, which makes Allcroft House the ideal location, with services such as local library; pharmacy; supermarket; newsagency and medical centre all within an easy walk.
Allcroft House offers respite services for families caring for someone at home and are seeking peace of mind, during those times they are away.
A broad range of other services may be purchased at an agreed fee.
Permanent accommodation within Allcroft is funded through a loan licence agreement, under the Retirement Villages Act. As is the case with all such agreements, an exit fee is charged on departure and a weekly service & maintenance fee is paid, which covers the services offered. Interested clients, are encouraged to contact us at Quality Care, to discuss the current costs, and the options available to prospective clients for meeting the costs associated with Allcroft House.
Respite accommodation is available on request. This service includes 24HR assistance with personal care; all meals (including morning and afternoon tea) laundry; cleaning and other services associated with the normal tasks of daily living. Allcroft House is owned and managed by Quality Care, who have been providing a broad range of care services to clients throughout the Hunter for over 15 years. The Managing Director of Quality Care, Jo Bailey, has over 20 years experience in the management of aged care services. Jo has worked extensively in the areas of residential aged care; independent living; financial management and quality and compliance. This level of experience ensures that all aspects of the services provided are not only delivered at a very high standard, but are fully compliant with current legislation.
