Twenty-four hour care

Regardless of the fact that 24hr care may be required, moving into a residential aged care facility is not the only option. The decision to stay within your own home and have a carer come to you is becoming a popular choice for many. Maybe it is just having someone in the house of a night? Families facing the prospect of having to find 24hr care for one of their own are encouraged to call us and discuss the options.

In Home or Host Family Respite

For those caring for someone at home – whether it is a frail aged person, a person that has an acquired brain injury or a child with a disability, Quality Care is able to provide an experienced carer for the time that is required, enabling you the primary carer to take a break.

Child Care

This service can be provided in home or with a host family. Once again an experienced carer will take over the care of your child while you go shopping, out for the evening or away for the weekend.

Supervised Access

Quality Care is able to provide experienced supervised access workers who will supervise visits between children and the nominated person at an agreed location. Transport and written reports can also be provided as part of this service. Having provided this service for many years for both Govt. funded organisations, the legal fraternity and privately, our staff are very attuned to the sensitivity and professionalism required within this type of work. Assistance with the Daily Chores

Quality Care has a program called ‘Helping Hand’. This program offers a two (2) hour block of service for a set fee (or longer if required) and assists you with everything from shopping, personal care, cleaning or mowing the lawn.
