    About Jo Bailey Quality Care

With over 20 years of trusted service and Jo Bailey's 40+ years of experience, we're committed to meeting the needs of the individual with reliable, high-standard care services.

    20+ Years of Quality Care

Jo Bailey Quality Care began its journey over 20 years ago, initially focusing on aged care services. Through dedication, experience, and a genuine commitment to meeting individual needs, we've evolved into a comprehensive care provider serving diverse communities across the Hunter and New England regions of NSW.

What started as a small aged care provider has grown into a trusted name offering NDIS services, children's care, and specialized accommodation at Allcroft House. Our evolution reflects our commitment to responding to community needs and delivering reliable, high-quality services.

Today, we're proud to be a fully registered NDIS provider, maintaining our founding principle: meeting the needs of the individual through reliable, compassionate, and professional care.

Our Mission: Meeting the Needs of the Individual

At Jo Bailey Quality Care, our mission is simple yet profound: meeting the needs of the individual. We believe every person deserves care that respects their dignity, honors their choices, and supports their goals.

Through person-centered care, professional expertise, and genuine compassion, we provide services that make a real difference in people's lives. Whether it's NDIS support, children's services, or Allcroft House accommodation, we're committed to delivering quality care that truly meets individual needs.
