1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Quality Care, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Quality Care provides disability support services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), including but not limited to:
- Assisted Daily Living support
- Children's Services and youth programs
- Community Access and participation programs
- Shared Living arrangements
- Respite and short-term accommodation
- Support coordination services
3. Service Agreements
All services provided are subject to individual Service Agreements between Quality Care and the participant. These agreements outline specific terms, pricing, and conditions relevant to your support needs and NDIS plan.
4. NDIS Compliance
Quality Care operates as a registered NDIS provider and complies with all relevant NDIS legislation, including the NDIS Act 2013 and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements. Our services are delivered in accordance with the NDIS Practice Standards.
5. User Responsibilities
As a participant or representative, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about support needs
- Notify us of any changes to your NDIS plan or circumstances
- Treat our staff with respect and dignity
- Comply with the terms of your Service Agreement
- Provide reasonable notice for cancellations as outlined in your agreement
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation terms are specified in individual Service Agreements and align with NDIS guidelines. Generally, participants are required to provide notice for scheduled supports as outlined in their agreement to avoid cancellation charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality services, Quality Care's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
8. Feedback and Complaints
We welcome feedback and are committed to resolving any concerns. If you have a complaint, please contact us directly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
